GCSE Media Studies initial run of five podcasts went live today - total set up time by teacher - 5 mins. Students already subscribing to feed through iTunes/podcast catcher and the like. Great result and 110% from the Media Studies department - "Distributing engaging digital content to students could not be easier."
Part of the college's vision for E-LEarning this year is to really push engaging revision content and support materials for Y11 to access - we've perceived this to be a relatively easy short term win that will have a really positive impact on our student population. Am going to put a post up later in the week about how we have tackled the issued of securing an understanding and ownership of the college vision for E-Learning through our E-Strategy.
